The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Norton / Yale Door Closer 7701-3 Hold Open Arm is the standard hold open arm shipped with Norton and Yale Door Closers.   It is known as a Friction Hold Open, because as the arm rotates it tightens down two plates together.   Adjusting the large hex bolt on the Hold Open Assembly determines where the arm will hold open.  This part has had a couple of numbers over the years 7701-3, 1620-3 for Norton and 400-3 for Yale.

The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width. 

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC61 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”, which is the most common mounting template out in industry today.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC60, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC61.  We ship the SC61 Rw/PA.

The Von Duprin 2227 Rod Guides Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 2227's, and replaces the older style that featured the plastic cap and the springs.  This device is used to add strength and rigidity to the top and bottom rods on there surface vertical rod.

The Cal Royal Products 400 Series Door Closer is for lighter use interior doors.  This closer is considered a Grade 2, which means it is only rated for 1,000,000 cycles.  The 400 Series is a sized closer, meaning you can not adjust the spring tension, the spring size you select is what you get.  Also, make sure to note the hole spacing of the various sizes below.  These closers also offer adjustable closing and latching speeds.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS544

The H.B. Ives FS544 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  This is one of our most popular Kickdown Door Holder/Stop for the past 35 years.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

The Cal Royal Products 300 Series Door Closer comes in two versions.   One version is the size 3 to 6 spring, which would be for larger exterior doors.  The 3 to 6 spring size is for doors 36" to 48" wide.  The second version is the size 1 to 4 spring size.  The 1 to 4 is considered a Barrier Free door closer, because the spring tension can be turned down to less than 8 pounds of resistance, making the door easy to open.  The 1 to 4 should be used on interior doors and smaller, less than 36" wide exterior doors.  This door closer is a standard template closer with a hole spacing of 3/4" x 9-1/16" center to center, which is what we find on many aluminum framed glass storefront doors.   This closer has a 5 year warranty and is considered a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest duty rating possible.

The Sargent Door Closer 1431 is also known as the Powerglide.  This closer meets ADA requirements and has a capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer can be used as a direct replacement for the older version 1230 or 1231 Sargent Closers without having to re drill the mounting holes.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1230 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. The Cal Royal Products CR441 Door Closer is an inexpensive replacement for the LCN 4040.  The mounting holes on the CR441 matches the 4040, at more than 1/2 the cost.  This closer will work on the left or right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.   Just like the LCN 4040 it features adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.  It is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the heaviest rating possible.

The Von Duprin 990K Trim is known as a Knob Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The key locks and unlocks the knob.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990K-R&V.

The Panic Hex Key 5/32" x 3-1/16" Long is a must for Von Duprin 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 panic hardware.   This key has a longer shaft to reach deeper into the Von Duprin Panic Devices.   This key is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key,  and Dogging Key.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). The Push Bar W/Offset Grip PP-2000 is what we usually find on most aluminum framed glass store front doors.  This particular set can usually ship within 24 hours, and comes in grip sizes of 9", 10" and 12" centers.  The push bar has 33-1/16" centers.   It is constructed of 1" solid aluminum that is anodize clear (aluminum) or dark brown.  It ships with all of the hardware needed for an 1-3/4" thick door.  At this time we are not able to sell the fasteners separately.

The Von Duprin 106222 Racket Release Kit is used on the 3347, 3547, 9847 and 9947 Exit Devices.   The pin that projects from the block releases the top latch when the door closes, and locks the door shut.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

The LCN Door Closer 1261 Series combines the best features from the previous 1070 and 1370 into a single versatile and economical cast iron closer, with Tri mounting capability. The 1261 is the door closer I would recommend if you are tired of replacing your store front door closers because of leakage.  The 1261 is the most heavy duty standard template closer that is made.  This door closer will work on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  The 1261 is adjustable spring sizes 1-5 and mounts to the most common commercial footprint. The Panic Hex Key 3/16" is used on some of the Corbin Russwin panic hardware.  The key measure 3/16" hex by 2-1/4" long.  At this point we do not know of any other manufacture that uses this size key.  Also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.
