The arm shown in the picture is a 4040SE arm, the 4110SE arm is the same, but the shaft hole is an oval.

Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.
The Lifetime Satin Nickel Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial satin finish that is then brushed. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Satin Nickel Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial satin nickel, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Von Duprin 386NL Dummy Trim

This Von Duprin 386NL Night Latch Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Duprin 33A on the inside so they are on cohesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386NL Night Latch Trim is handed. Uses a standard Rim Cylinder.

The Yale 7000 and Corbin Russwin ED4000/ED5000 Cylinder Dogging Sub Assembly is used on non Fire Rated Yale and Corbin Russwin panic devices.   Like the Hex Key Sub Assembly, this one is for use with a Key Cylinder.

The LCN Door Closer Regular Arm 3077 ships with 95 percent of there door closers.   This is the standard regular.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The fitting for the 4040 is a six sided, the 4010, 4020 and 4110 have a flat sided oval, and the 1260 and 1460 have an eight sided star.  The LCN Part #'s on this Regular Arm is: 1260-3077, 1460-3077, 4010-3077, 4020-3077,  and  4040-3077.  If your model is not here, call us and we will quote you a price.

The Von Duprin 55 Center Case Axle 090050 is used on the Rim Panic Hardware only.  The Rim device is one that has a latch bolt sticking out of the housing.

The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.

The Sargent 97-0300 8700 Top Latch Spring is used on most of the new and older style Sargent Panic Devices.   The springs measures 1-5/8" overall length.

The Dorma 95059481 Lever Trim Return Spring is used on the 8000 series Lever Handles.   The spring has a 2-3/16" diameter.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230 DT Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series only.  When the exit device is dogged open, the plate is operational.  The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" high with a plate thickness of 3-/32".

The Sargent 20/30/60/80 Connecting Arm Spring is the spring that pushes the touch pad back out after you push it in.   It is used on the 20, 30, 60 and 80 Series Panic Hardware.

The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The LCN Door Closer 4111 is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made. If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 EDA model, which is a non hold open arm, on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".

The International Door Closer 521 Regular Arm Forearm measures 9-1/2" loop to loop in the shortest position, and 14" when it is the fully extended . The loop on the left side is 3/8" diameter. The hole spacing on the right hand side of the picture shoe is 1-3/4".

The Corbin Russwin ED4000/5000 Rim Strike 650F29 is used on the ED4200 and ED5200 Rim Panic Hardware.  A Rim device is an exit device that has the latch bolt protruding from the center case.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The LCN Door Closer 4031 is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack. Non-sized (1-4) 4031 cylinder for exterior doors to 36” (914 mm) and interior doors to 48” (1219 mm). Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm, on either right or left swinging doors. Closer meets ADA requirements.  The hole spacing on this closer will not match the 4030's that LCN produced up to 1997, that was a completely different door closer.

The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 16 Gauge .050 is the most popular.  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We use type 304 stainless

The Norton / Yale Door Closer 7701-3 Hold Open Arm is the standard hold open arm shipped with Norton and Yale Door Closers.   It is known as a Friction Hold Open, because as the arm rotates it tightens down two plates together.   Adjusting the large hex bolt on the Hold Open Assembly determines where the arm will hold open.  This part has had a couple of numbers over the years 7701-3, 1620-3 for Norton and 400-3 for Yale.

The LCN Door Closer 1461 series closer ships with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.  The narrow foot print allows this door closer to be mounted on the top jamb and narrow stile doors without a drop plate.
