The Corbin Russwin Door Closer Hold Open Arm has been around for the past 40 years.  This replacement hold open arm will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This is considered a Friction Hold Open Arm because as the arm rotates the arm tightens on itself and holds the arm in the open position.  This arm is also known as the A1 arm.  Corbin Russwin part # 688F77.

The Corbin Russwin Regular Arm for 2800 is the standard arm shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement regular arm will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  The arm is non handed and can be used for regular, parallel and top jamb mount.  Corbin Russwin part # 688F95.

This Corbin Russwin Spindle is used on there Mortise Lock Lever Trim.

The Panic Hex Key 3/16" is used on some of the Corbin Russwin panic hardware.  The key measure 3/16" hex by 2-1/4" long.  At this point we do not know of any other manufacture that uses this size key.  Also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.

The Corbin Russwin ED6000 Tenion Sub Assembly 378F74 fits inside the cross bar.   As the cross bar screw is tightened the Tenion expands and secures the cross bar.  This is usually the problem when the latch bolt will not extend.  The lifting of the cross bar is done by the hinge case spring, and if the Tenion is not tight, the cross bar will twist.

ED6200-3700 PARTS BREAK DOWN

The Corbin Russwin 704F66  ED4000/5000 Series End Cap is their newer impact resistant cover.   The package ships with the End Cap, Bracket and Mounting Screws.  The new bracket my not fit your existing holes, but this end cap is a substantial improvement over the previous versions.  Our image shows the Stainless Steel version.  This end cap is known as the 704F66 for Corbin Russwin, and ECK7 for the Yale version.

The Corbin Russwin Regular Arm Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket is required if your are going to use a parallel arm mounting, which is when you have the closer mounted on the door, on the push side of the door.  Corbin Russwin part # 188F41-8.

The Corbin Russwin Hold Open Arm Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped with the Hold Open Arm.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket used by the hold open arm for parallel arm applications only.  Corbin Russwin part # 509F49.

The Corbin Russwin ED6000 Cross Bar Screw 261F31 is still available, but the Panic Hardware is not.  In November 2015 the ED6000 was discontinued.  The screw is a 5/16 - 24 x 1-1/2" socket head machine screw.
