Rail assemblies are heavy duty extruded aluminum body with stainless steel push pad and end caps are made of brass, bronze or stainless steel. Rail travels in direction of the door swing. Trims are thru bolted for additional security. Conforms & Meets ADA Regulations. UL Listed for Panic and ULC10C, UBC 7-2-1777 codes. UL Listed for Fire Exit Hardware. Uncompromising security and safety in single and double fire exit doors. Chassis mounted unit construction. Rim and vertical rod devices are non-handed and easily reversible. Available in many different functions. Lever and escutcheon trims are grade 1 construction with clutch free-wheeling mechanism. Rose and escutcheon covers 161 cut out.

Cal Royal Panic Device 7000 Alarmed

Alarm unit has internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. The key switch to turn alarm off is a standard 1 ¼” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with a switch that monitors push rail only. Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY • ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

International 8600 Series End Cap
The International 8600 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device. This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws. It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service. The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2". This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.

HES 9400 Electric Strike
The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. Units ordered in a 630 finish are stainless steel. All other finishes have a black stainless steel spacer. Additional black spacer plates can be ordered as an accessory.
