The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism End Cap 900981 is the end cap and bracket that ships with the 22 and 2227 series.  The bracket is constructed of zinc plated steel and the end cap is black plastic. Bracket also acts as mounting bracket that holds the exit device on the door.  Von Duprin does offer a new Metal End Cap, look under related products.

The LCN 79 Door Closer Rod And Shoe  piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

The Cal Royal Products 800 Door Closer is one of there newer closers.  The CR801 has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 12" and ships with either a full cover or slim cover.  The full cover will hide both spindles, were as the slim cover will not.  This closer is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The cylinder has adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.   It can be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb.  The CR801 will work in place of the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 series door closers, with no new drilling.

The Ives Wall Door Stop WS443 has been a staple of the Ives product line for at least the last 45 years.  The stop features cast brass construction and then plated the the desired finish, which makes it ideal for interior or exterior use.   The rubber tip is a non marring rubber, that can be replaced and we keep in stock.  The stop has a 2-1/4" base diameter and a 3-11/16" projection from the wall.  This product ships with an expansion shield and lead shield.

Gravity Door Coordinator

The Ives COR7G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. The Von Duprin Panic Device 996L Lever Trim has an escutcheon plate that measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". The key cylinder, not included, locks and unlocks the lever.  This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.  We ship the 996L-R&V

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880TP Trim is for the 88 series only.  The stanchions welded on the back line up with the 88 device on the interior.  The optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" bore hole for cylinder.

The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

The Plunger Type Door Holder / Stop 583 is constructed of solid cast brass, that is then plated to the desired finish.  It measures 5-3/8" by 2-1/4" base with a 1-1/4" projection.   The throw is 1-1/4".   These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.   This piece will ship with matching finish mounting screws.

The Ives Surface Bolt 8" SB453 has a 1-3/16" throw.  The bar has a cross section measurement of 3/4" wide by 1/4" thick.  It features a strong tension springs to prevent the bolt from creeping.  The bolt is shipped with all of the fasteners and a universal top and a standard mortise strike.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel that is then cadmium plated.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4414ME

Standard LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4410ME series closer shipped with a 24V or 120V cylinder (please specify) on a mounting plate, metal cover, regular arm, and wood and machine screw pack. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted. Handed for right or left swinging door. The LCN Door Closer 4011 is known as the Smoothee.  The door closer ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  This is considered an application specific closer, meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and it can only be mounted as a regular armed closer.  A regular armed closer is a closer that is mounted on the pull side of the door.  The non sized clinder will work on doors from 30" to 60" interior doors, or 26" to 48" exterior doors, and can be adjusted to meet ADA specifications.  This door closer is ideal for areas of high traffic and abuse, like schools or any other areas of extreme use.  We ship the 4011 REG.

Floor Door Stop Dome 1" Height 522

This contemporary looking Dome Stop has been a hot selling in the last few years.  The stop is constructed of forged brass, that is then chrome plated and brushed to the satin finish.  At this time, only brushed or satin chrome is available.  The base is 1-11/16" wide by 4" long and 1" tall.  The base is 5/16" thick.  This door stop ships with wood and machine screws and all of the anchors.

The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Included arm has a fusible link that melts at 120 degrees, allowing to door to close. Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6114 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 7” face plate length, 1-7/8” width, and projects1-9/16”.  The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FD 310-5.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

The International Door Closer 5001P Series Adjustable Spring Power is a great closer to use as a replacement for the many 3/4" by 12" mounting holed closers.  This door closer is fully adjustable with sweep, latching and back check adjustments, a long with an adjustable spring tensoin control.  This closer can be adjusted to less then 8-1/2" pounds of resistance to meet ADA standards.  You can install this closer on the push, pull or top jamb, we ship the regular arm and a parallel arm bracket.  This closer has the same mounting holes as the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 door closers.

The Von Duprin 22 End Cap Only 968601 is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. If you need the bracket also, please order part # G22R10. Black plastic construction. The International Door Closer 8051-TP Series is an ideal replacement closer for just about any Store Front Door. We recommend this closer because it will fit any size door, and you can adjust the spring tension to make it easier for the elderly, smaller children and the handicapped. The 8051 will work in interior or exterior doors, and will meet ADA codes.  This door closer will work on a Right or Left Hand Door, Push or Pull side or Top Jamb mounting, it ships with a parallel arm bracket, arm and mounting screws along with a full plastic cover.   We ship the 8051-TP DU or 8051-TP AL depending on the color you choose.  Length of Closer is 9-3/4”, Horizontal Mounting Holes 9-1/16”, Vertical Mounting Holes 3/4”, overall height is 4-21/32” with height of l1-21/32”, and projects  2-29/32” from the door face.    The 4 adjustment valves are Closing and Latching Speed, Power and Back Check.

The Ives Roller Bumper Offset RB470 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 5" and the base has a 1-11/16" x 2-1/4".   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB3 or GJRB3.

Von Duprin 6112 24 VDC Electric Strike

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-Hw/PA is the 4040XP, eXtra Protection closer with the 4040XP-3049 Hold Open Arm.  You get the same performance of one of the most revered closers with the functionality of the friction hold open arm.   The cylinder features cast iron construction, forged steel arm, double heat treated steel pinion, non-handed, LCN® “Green Dial” spring force indicator, Peel-n-Stick templates, UL and cUL Listed, 3⁄4″ journal diameter pinion, full compliment bearing, and tested and certified under ANSI standard A156.4, Grade 1.  With this package you have the flexibility to mount the closer on a left, right, push, pull or top jamb mount.  The hold open point is adjustable by loosening or tightening the hold open nut on the arm.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

The Ives Roller Bumper Straight Arm 4" RB471 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 4-1/2" and the base has a 2" diameter.   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB4 or GJRB4.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210K  Knob Trim is for use on the 22 Rim and 2227 Surface Vertical Rod devices.  Key in knob can lock and unlock the knob.  Since the enforcement of local ADA standards, this knob is probably at the end of this life, no one seems to want these anymore.  The mounting plate measures 3" wide by 4-25/32", and is 3-32" thick.  We do have parts on this Knob, but at this point they are not on the website.

The Full Mortise Regular Weight Hinge are for lighter weight interior doors without a door closer.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Ives WS402CVX Wall Door Stop is our heaviest duty wall stop of this design.  They are constructed of a heavy duty cast brass base that is then plated to your desired finish.   The wall stop is 2-1/2" in diameter and has a 1" projection.  It features a special retainer cup that makes the rubber tamper resistant.  This stop ships with screw and drywall anchor.

The Yale Door Closer 51 Series has been around since the early 1970's.  With the advent of the aluminum framed storefront doors, this door closer was a perfect fit.  The 50 series is a non-sized, non-handed closer that can be mounted on the push (parallel arm), pull (regular arm) or top jamb.   A Grade 1 closer certification, means it is one of the more heavy duty closers out there.  Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Yale.  We some times find 20-0054-4001 or 20-0254-4001 stamped on the back of the closer.   Ships with all mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket.  The hole spacing is 3/4" by 9-1/16".

The Norton Apollo Door Closer 7500 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 7700, which are still made. The beauty of the 7500 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 7700 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 7500BF, the barrier free version, the new 7500 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Ives Wall Mounted Door Stop WS33 is another hold back part from the Glynn-Johnson door stop era.  I can not remember the Glynn-Johnson part #, but when Ives purchased them, they changed it to WS33.  This stop is constructed of cast brass that is then plated to a brushed chrome finish.  It features a replaceable rubber bumper with offset shoulder screws into cavity on body to prevent loss or theft.  And a sloping design that discourages vandalism.The base height is 3" with a width of 2-1/4", and a projection of 3-3/4",  WS33 is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

The F20 or GJF20 was a mainstay of Glynn-Johnson for years.  When the Glynn-Johnson door stop line merged with H.B. Ives it became the FS20.  This door stop has been discontinued from Ives, but we have been able find a large stock.   This Floor Mounted Door Stop also holds the door open, when in the latched position you can push the door and the holding latch will flip up and unlock thee holding clip.   It is constructed of cast bronze or brass and then plated to your desired finish.   This stop has a 2-1/2" long base that is 1-1/2" wide.  The overall height is 3-1/8" with a 2-5/16" floor to rubber stop centerline.    For use with door undercut up to 2-1/2".
