The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The Jackson Door Closer Center hung Arm - 20-400B is used with the 20-330 door closer.  This arm is for use with double acting, center hung doors.  The arm measures 10" long by a 1-1/2" wide and 1/2" thick.

The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance. The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices.  In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever.  The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick.  This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze.  We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email  us under the contact tab at the top of the page.

Installation Instructions

The Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case is for use on the 1090 and 2090 panic hardware.  This device has been around since the early 1970's, and is now called the Falcon 2090 Active Case, but it is the same piece.  Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, mounting studs have a 6-1/4" center to center distance.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880TP Trim is for the 88 series only.  The stanchions welded on the back line up with the 88 device on the interior.  The optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" bore hole for cylinder.

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Jackson Exit Device Rod and Case Assembly is used on 7' doors for the models 1085, 1285 and 2086 devices.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's.  The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field.  One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.

The Jackson 1085 30-1242 / 30-1243 Lever Arms are for use with the Jackson 1085 Housings, both sides.  And the Jackson 1095 Inactive (hinge side) Housings.  To determine hand, stand inside and look out the door, what is side is the arm on?  If it is on the Right then order Right.

The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

Heavy Duty Design
The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. This unit has been tested to withstand up to 1600 pounds of static load force against the door.
