The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim is for use on the 45-RIM and 45-SVR Exit Devices. The Lever Trim is non handed and ships with a 6-pin C Keyway Cylinder. The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

Standard LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME series closer shipped with a 24V or 120V cylinder (please specify) on a mounting plate, metal cover, Swing-Free arm, track, track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted with Swing-Free arm engaged. Handed for right or left swinging door. The Cal-Royal 221 Bottom Strike is used on the 2000, 5000, 7000 and 9000 Panic Bars with Surface Vertical Rods. Strike measures 2-7/16 inches long with a 5/16 inch projection.  The hole spacing is 1-7/8 inches.

The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width.

The Falcon Dor-o-Matic 3049DS Dead Stop Hold Open Arm is used on their SC60, SC70 and SC80 Door closers only. This arm is non-hnaded, stamped, heavy duty, hold-opn parallel arm includes a positive mechanical stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high volume traffic and harsh conditions.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Strike PB48 is used on the Dor-o-Matic 1690, 1990 and 2390 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit and Panic Devices. The plate measures 1" x 1-1/16" with 4 holes. The mounting holes are 11/16" x 11/16" on center. The diameter of the pin is 7/16" and projects out 5/32". Ships with mounting screws and 3 shim plates.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB48.

The LCN Door Closer 4031 is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack. Non-sized (1-4) 4031 cylinder for exterior doors to 36” (914 mm) and interior doors to 48” (1219 mm). Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm, on either right or left swinging doors. Closer meets ADA requirements.  The hole spacing on this closer will not match the 4030's that LCN produced up to 1997, that was a completely different door closer.

Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.  The narrow foot print allows this door closer to be mounted on the top jamb and narrow stile doors without a drop plate.

Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.
