The Falcon / Dor-o-Matic Panic Device 2090 / 1790 Standard Strike is the strike shipped with all new Falcon 2090 and 1790 exit devices.  The strike measures 1-3/4" high, 1-3/4" deep and only comes in a Black Matte color.  This strike was known for a long time as the Dor-o-Matic SD36 Strike, but after changing there name to Falcon in about 2008, it is know known as the Falcon SD36 Strike.

New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply.  The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

Doromatic EL1490 Lift Bracket

The LCN Door Closer Cush-n-Stop Arm 3077CNS is a Non-handed parallel arm that features solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. LCN Part #'s: 1260-3077CNS, 1460-3077CNS, 4040-3077CNS, 4110-3077CNS.

The Von Duprin 050534 EL Potted Circuit Breaker measures 5" long by 1-1/4" wide and 7/16" thick including the wires. This piece spikes the current to the solenoid to open the door, then lowers the current to keep the device open.  The 050534 has a plug for the two wire input, and a plug for the 3 wire output. This Potted Circuit Breaker is also used on the Doromatic/Falcon Exit Devices, EL1490, EL1590, EL1690, EL1790, and EL2390. We sometimes find the number 101031-00 and 2148 on a sticker.

The LCN Door Closer Regular Arm 3077 ships with 95 percent of there door closers.   This is the standard regular.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made. If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. Norton PT24SOL 24 Volt Solenoid Assembly

If your Norton or Yale PowerTrack Door Closer is not holding the door open, this is usually the problem. To trouble shoot, first make sure you have voltage going to the solenoid. If you have voltage going in, and the door is still closing, then your solenoid is burned out. The solenoid is under constant voltage, so they do not last forever. The assembly measures 6-1/2" long by 1-1/8" wide with a height of 3/4". We sometime find the number F98024SH.1315 24 VDC on the solenoid.

The Corbin 100, 110 and 120 Door Closer are no longer available. They have been replaced by the DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 100, 110 or 120 door closers. The DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.

The Von Duprin 88 Panic Device has been around since the 1950's, and is probably the device that put Von Duprin on the Map.  It is designed for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  It is field reversible, and ships with a 42" cross bar that can be cut down in the field.  The device is dogged down with a 5/32" hex key, and ships with all mounting screws and the 299 strike.

The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Head And Tube 3048 - 3048L.  As the arm rotates the pivot point threads close on to the mounting bracket face and create a friction catch.  If yours is new, try rotating the mounting plate 180 degrees so the threads tighten as it closes. This replacement part from LCN either breaks or wears out.   The material some times wears out due to the friction of open and closing.  But the biggest issue seems to be the point where the tube mounts to the cast iron connector.
