Monarch 914KIL-KD Panic Device Lever Trim

The 914KIL Lever Trim is for use on the Monarch / Falcon 19 Series.  This lever trim is shipped with a standard Schlage C Keyway, that are keyed different if you are ordering multiple levers.  The key locks and unlocks the Lever handle.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices.  In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever.  The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick.  This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze.  We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email  us under the contact tab at the top of the page.

The Von Duprin 88 Lever Arm Left Hand 050439 replacement lever arm for all the Von Duprin 88 exit devices. Usually replaced due to the dogging screw stripping out.  The arm includes the Wedge, Wedge Ring, Wedge Tite Screw and Dog Screw, and sometimes the axle.

Sargent 3828 Series Exit Device

The 3828 is a rugged exit device in a rim design. The 3828 Non Configured Rim Exit Device has 7 functions, 4 available trims and is easy to mix and match the device and trim. Aluminum finish only.

Von Duprin 9827/9927 surface mounted vertical rod device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Jackson Panic Device Center Case 1085/1095 is for use with the 1085 devices for both and left, and the inactive case of the 1095.  Case is easily removed by loosening the two 1/8" Allen screws and one on the bottom.  Includes everything in the housing.  The distance between the mounting studs on this Case is 6-5/16"

Dorma 8400 Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device minimize forced entry while offering a low-cost solution to life safety requirements. Certified/listed to ANSI/BHMA 156.3 Grade 1 for exit devices. 5 year limited warranty.

The Von Duprin 22, 33, And 99 Dogging Shaft 090040 is the peice that the hex dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key, but it has to be the long version.   The shorter versions will not have enough reach to get all the way into the shaft.  This is a very common problem area, the hole that the key fits in is only about 1/4" deep, and if you do not push down on the hex key when locking it open it will round out over time.  To remove the shaft, just pull it straight out with a part of channel locks.   We reinstalling the new one you might have to bend the ends of the adapter spring 090042 back down. This dogging shaft is for use on all Von Duprin Panic Exit Devices shipped after 1997.

The Falcon SWITCH.1006 Request to Exit is for use on the Falcon and Dor-O-Matic 1690, 1790 and 2390 devices, produced after June 2002.  The Request to Exit Switch allows you to cut the current to various devices when the push bar in depressed.

The Von Duprin 2227 Rod Guides Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 2227's, and replaces the older style that featured the plastic cap and the springs.  This device is used to add strength and rigidity to the top and bottom rods on there surface vertical rod.
