The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance. One basic closer mechanism allows for single or double acting, center-hung, or offset applications and is non-handed. The adjustable spring power makes this closer suitable for aluminum, wood or steel doors.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 FL is shipped with fusible link arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. This closer is designed to hold open fire doors, when the fusible link melts, it releases the hold open arm, so the door will close.  Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Included arm has a fusible link that melts at 120 degrees, allowing to door to close. Door can be closed any time with a gentle pull.  Closer mounts top jamb (push side), specify right or left swinging door. 4021 cylinder meets ADA requirements. 

The Detex HDK 100450 Dogging Hex Key has a 5/32" hex with a 2-1/4" shaft length.   The overall length is 3-1/8".

Replacement Chassis Cover for the Dorma 9300 Rim Device

The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter 090043 is the piece that the 090042 and 090040 fit through and lock in place.  These piece very rarely has to be replaced.  The Shaft 090040 is usually the part you need to replace.  We sell these individually.

The Von Duprin Old Style Dogging Shaft was used on devices manufactured before July 1997.  The Shaft measures roughly 1-1/2" long with a 1/2" diameter.  The hex is 5/32".

This is the bracket that is shipped with the Rw/PA and Hw/PA arms.  A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. The Von Duprin 22, 33, And 99 Dogging Shaft 090040 is the peice that the hex dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key, but it has to be the long version.   The shorter versions will not have enough reach to get all the way into the shaft.  This is a very common problem area, the hole that the key fits in is only about 1/4" deep, and if you do not push down on the hex key when locking it open it will round out over time.  To remove the shaft, just pull it straight out with a part of channel locks.   We reinstalling the new one you might have to bend the ends of the adapter spring 090042 back down. This dogging shaft is for use on all Von Duprin Panic Exit Devices shipped after 1997.

Monarch 19 Series Chassis Assembly Cover

This is the cover for the Monarch Falcon 19-R Rim Device. The cover measures 5-7/8" tall by 2-1/2" wide with a projection of 1-7/8". We sometimes find the number 6133 - 000 cast into the inside of the cover.

The LCN Door Closer 3077EDA Extra Duty Arm is the standard arm shipped with the 4110 series, and is optional on just about all of there other closers.  The arm features a non-handed parallel arm solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering.
