The Von Dupin PS902 is used to supply power to their MEL Exits, along with the Dor-O-Matic, Falcon and Monarch MEL Exits. Standard features are UL294 Listed for Access Control, Class 2 Rated Power Input, Regulated and filtered DC Outputs.  The PS902 is a 2A @ 12 or 24 VDC.  We ship the PS902-2RS, which has 2 Relay board output.

The Von Duprin 050508 88TP-F Cylinder Cam Package is the piece that the key cylinder fits into on the back of the exit device.   This piece is only used with the 880TP outside trim on the Rim Devices.

The Von Duprin Strike 299 is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Rim Devices and also as a Top Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod.  It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.

Von Duprin 090056 Top Latch Compression Spring-pkg 10 is used on the 2227, 3327, 3527, 9827 and 9927 Exit Devices.

The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter Spring 090042 is the clip that holds the dogging shaft in the assembly.  We sell these individually, and it is the #2 item on the diagram.

The Von Dupin 1439 Strike measures 1-7/8 horizontal x 1-3/4 inches vertically.  The strike has a projection of 1/2 inch.  We find this strike used on the 33A and 35A exit devices.

The Von Duprin 090039 is used in the push bar assembly to return the latch. It is known as the Base Plate Latch Return Spring or Latch Return Spring. It is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices. The spring is 2-1/4 inch long with a 3/8 inch diameter.

The Von Duprin 22, 33, And 99 Dogging Shaft 090040 is the peice that the hex dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key, but it has to be the long version.   The shorter versions will not have enough reach to get all the way into the shaft.  This is a very common problem area, the hole that the key fits in is only about 1/4" deep, and if you do not push down on the hex key when locking it open it will round out over time.  To remove the shaft, just pull it straight out with a part of channel locks.   We reinstalling the new one you might have to bend the ends of the adapter spring 090042 back down. This dogging shaft is for use on all Von Duprin Panic Exit Devices shipped after 1997.

The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position.  The does wear out, but it takes a long time.  This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997.  We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

The Von Duprin 88 Center Case Rivet 090002 is also known as the Latch Tail Rivet used on the 88 Rim Device.  The Rivet fits into the spring and into the Latch Tail 050500.  The rivet measures 1-1/4 inches long less the head, with a 1/8 inch diameter.  We sell this piece individually.

LCN Door Closer 4111 HCUSH Hold Open

Standard 4110 series closer shipped with HOLD OPEN CUSH N STOP arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The cush hold open arm allows for a stop and hold open positions up to 110 degrees. The Norton Door Closer 8301 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8301/8301BF 3301/3301BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8501 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 HEDA Hold Open is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made, the HEDA stands for Hold Open Extra Duty Arm.  If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 HEDA model, which is a hold open arm on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".

The LCN 4050 Rw/PA Door Closer is a newer Closer and is a direct replacement for the Norton 7500, Yale 4400, and Falcon/Dor-o-Matic SC70 Series Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 25 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

The LCN Door Closer Regular Arm 3077 ships with 95 percent of there door closers.   This is the standard regular.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The LCN Door Closer 4031 is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack. Non-sized (1-4) 4031 cylinder for exterior doors to 36” (914 mm) and interior doors to 48” (1219 mm). Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm, on either right or left swinging doors. Closer meets ADA requirements.  The hole spacing on this closer will not match the 4030's that LCN produced up to 1997, that was a completely different door closer.

The LCN Door Closer Cover is the standard plastic cover that ships with LCN Door Closers.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape cover on the door closer cylinder.  The part number is the Series Number followed by -72.   So, the part number would be 1460-72, 4010-72, 4020-742, 4030-72, 4040-72 and 4110-72.   We have access to all the covers, if yours is not here call us and we will quote you a price.
