Von Duprin 99 Panic Device Only
The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements. One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts. Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old. This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions. The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible. The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors. Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Von Duprin 99 Push Bar Retrofit Kit-Pbkit updates your current version touch pad, to the newest version. Used on all the Von Duprin 33A, 35A, 99 and 98's. For doors 30" to 36" order the 36" size. The Von Duprin 99 Rim Center Case 050020 replaces all previous versions of the Von Duprin 98/99 Rim Device Center Cases. One of the best things about a Von Duprin is when they redesign a part, they make it so your old device is not obsolete and you can update your device. Von Duprin 990DT Trim
The Von Duprin 990DT Trim is known as a Dummy Trim. This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building. If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up. On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it. The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices. If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model. Von Duprin 992/994 Lever Lift Spring 971573
The spring measures 1-5/8" long with a 7/16" diameter. We find two of these springs per 992 and 994 series lever trims. These springs help support the lever handle and return it to the proper position.

The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Latch 050090 replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050401. Mounting screws and bracket are included.

Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574
The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574 is the replacement rod for broken or bent vertical rods. All of the 9927 bottom rods are the same length, this is set by Federal Building Codes, so the center line of the Panic Hardware is a certain height from the finished floor. The length of the rod is 31-1/4" long, less the fittings. The old part number on this was 110574, and the newer one is 050514.

The Von Duprin 9927 Rod Guide Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 98 and 9927's. The guide keeps the rods from bowing or getting bent by hand carts, or rowdy patrons. Replaces the old style which had the cover and springs.

Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091
The Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091 used on all the Von Duprin 9827 and 9927's. Replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050400. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Latch measures: 1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point. Includes screws.

Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573
The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1". The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings. For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online. The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1". The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Fits stock hollow metal doors with 86 cutout and door stiles as narrow as 4-3/4" (121mm). The Von Duprin 9875 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9975 device has a grooved case. Von Duprin Aluminum Mullion 7'2" | Von Duprin 5654
The Von Duprin 5654 Aluminum Mullion 7'2" comes prepped for two of the 299 strikes. The removable mullion also ships with the 154 Mullion Stabilizers. Mullions are 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8" with a wall thickness of 1/8 ́ ́. The 5654 is constructed of aluminum. Everything is included, except the the 299 strikes. The taller ones are also available, please call for pricing.

The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position. The does wear out, but it takes a long time. This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997. We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

Von Duprin NL Drive Screw 090074
Von Duprin NL Drive Screw 090074
The 090074 NL Drive Screw is used on the Von Duprin 22, 98 and 99 Exit Devices to control the rotation of the key cylinder cam. This small set screw, screws into the back of the chassis assembly next to the receptor for the Rim Key Cylinder. The set screw measures 5/16" long by 3/16" diameter. Note: When the NL drive screw is left in back of device, the outside cylinder will function only as a Night Latch. The Night Latch function means the door can only be opened, but not dogged open with the key cylinder.

Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim
The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims. This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices. The key locks and unlocks the exit device. The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim
The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices. In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever. The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick. This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze. We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email us under the contact tab at the top of the page.
