Yale 2100 Series Dogging Assembly

The Cal-Royal 2000 and 9000 Dogging Assembly is used on the 2200 and 9800 Series Exit Devices which include the 2200, 2260, 9800 and 9860.  The assembly uses a 7/32 inch dog key.

The Cal-Royal 221 Bottom Strike is used on the 2000, 5000, 7000 and 9000 Panic Bars with Surface Vertical Rods. Strike measures 2-7/16 inches long with a 5/16 inch projection.  The hole spacing is 1-7/8 inches.

The Dorma Surface Vertical Rod Top Strike 426 is used on the 8400, 8400F, 9400 and 9400F devices. Shims and mounting screws included.

The Cal Royal 938 Surface Strike is used on the 6600, 7700 and 5000 Series Rim Devices.  The strike includes all the mounting screws.

On this Adams Rite End Cap we sometimes find the number HX0471 cast into the Black Plastic construction.  It measures 2-3/8" high by 1" deep, with a projection of 1-1/4". It is used on the 8099, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.

Dorma Latch Cover for the 9400/F9400 Surface Vertical Rod.  Currently only available in Brushed Chrome.  Call or email for other finishes.

The FSVTOPLTCH is the top latch for the F8400 and F9400 Dorma Surface Vertical Rod. If your 8400 or 9400 does not have dogging, this would be the Top Latch.  If your device can be dogged open, then you would need the SVTOPLTCH.

The SVTOPLTCH is the top latch for the 8400 and 9400 Dorma Surface Vertical Rod. If your 8400 or 9400 has the ability to be Dogged open, this would be the Top Latch.  If your door is Fire Rated, can not be dogged open, then you would need the FSVTOPLTCH.

This package connects to the rods on the Dorma 9400 Surface Vertical Rod Devices. Plate measures 3/4 x 1/2 inch, finger sticks up 3/4 of an inch. Package includes 2 plates and 2 screws.

Cap fits on the ends of the Von Duprin 22 Series Push Bar.

Plastic cap measures 2-3/8" high by 1-1/16" wide by 1-1/4" projection. The metal tab measures 1-3/16" wide by 5" long.

The Von Duprin 2227 Rod Guides Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 2227's, and replaces the older style that featured the plastic cap and the springs.  This device is used to add strength and rigidity to the top and bottom rods on there surface vertical rod.

The Von Duprin 2227 Top Latch 050091 latch is used on devices shipped before October 1998, see related products for the new style latch if your device is newer. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Latch measures:   1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point.  Includes screws.

The Von Duprin 22 Center Case 109012 has been around for almost 40 years.  This case will replace all of the non fire rated center cases, meaning all of the devices that have a hex key dogging assembly on the hinge side cover plate.

Replacement Chassis Cover for the Dorma 9300 Rim Device

The Adams Rite Metal End Cap is for the hinge side of the door and replaces the plastic version (25-0471).  This cap can be used on the 3100, 3300, 3600, 3700, 3900, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.  We find the number 23-0600 cast in to the end cap.

The Von Duprin 22 End Cap Only 968601 is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. If you need the bracket also, please order part # G22R10. Black plastic construction. As of October 1, 2014, Von Duprin no longer sells just the Plastic Cap Only. The complete End Cap and Bracket 900981 will be shipped in its place.

The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism End Cap 900981 is the end cap and bracket that ships with the 22 and 2227 series.  The bracket is constructed of zinc plated steel and the end cap is black plastic. Bracket also acts as mounting bracket that holds the exit device on the door.  Von Duprin does offer a new Metal End Cap, look under related products.
