The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

The Von Duprin 9927 Rod Guide Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 98 and 9927's. The guide keeps the rods from bowing or getting bent by hand carts, or rowdy patrons.  Replaces the old style which had the cover and springs.

The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position.  The does wear out, but it takes a long time.  This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997.  We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390.  This latch has been around since the 1970's,  and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago.  This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position.  When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods.  This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

Corbin Russwin ED4200S Latch Assembly

The Corbin Russwin ED4200S 681F618 Latch Assembly is used on the Narrow Stile SecureBolt Exit Device.  The difference between the ED5200S and ED4200S Latch Assembly is the location of the Hub.  Hub on the ED4200S Latch Assembly is located on the center line of the Assembly Mounting Screws.

The LCN Door Closer Cover is the standard plastic cover that ships with LCN Door Closers.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape cover on the door closer cylinder.  The part number is the Series Number followed by -72.   So, the part number would be 1460-72, 4010-72, 4020-742, 4030-72, 4040-72 and 4110-72.   We have access to all the covers, if yours is not here call us and we will quote you a price.

The Door Sweep 1" Long Rubber has an over height of 1-7/8", with 1" of it being the gray rubber seal.  The mounting rail is constructed of extruded aluminum and is available in aluminum or dark brown finishes.  This sweep ships with screws.

The Norton Door Closer 7701-13 Hold Open Loop Assembly is usually the part that breaks on the Norton 1600, 9300, 8301, 8501 and 7500 Hold Open Door Closers.  The cast iron piece attached to the disk is where they usually break.  This part has had a few part numbers over the years, for Norton it has been known as the 1620-13 and 7701-13, and for Yale the 400-13.

The Door Push Plate 50 is the most common push plate we find out in industry today.  It does not matter what type of commercial building you go into, you will find this style and thickness plate.  The are offered in standard sizes, that are shown below, and can be made to custom sizes.  The plates are 16 gauge metal (.050 thick) and are shipped with 4 beveled edges.   The matching finiish screws are shipped with each plate.

The LCN Door Closer Spring cush Arm 3077SC is an optional arm offered by LCN.  The arm features a solid forged steel main arm and forearm with a spring loaded stop in the soffit shoe, which makes this arm ideal for abusive parallel arm applications.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The LCN Concealed Door Closer 3031 is mortised into the top of the door.  Standard 3030 series closer shipped with regular arm and wood and machine screw pack. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”.  Handed for right or left swinging doors.  Closers to meet ADA requirements.

The LCN Door Closer 62PA Parallel Arm Shoe is constructed of steel and then powder coated to your color.  This is the shoe that LCN used on there universal door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. This is the bracket that is shipped with the Rw/PA and Hw/PA arms.  A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

SEM7850-828 Armature for LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast construction armature. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The Glynn-Johnson 410 Series Overhead Door Holder/Stop Concealed Mounting is the perfect combination of form and function, Glynn-Johnson 410 series holders and stops offer effective door control and a low-profile design. Each model is constructed so that the channel is encased in the door and the jamb bracket is mortised in the frame. When the door is open, the arm and jamb bracket are visible. Conversely, when the door is in the closed position, the entire holder is completely concealed.

The 410 fits in a mortised channel on top of the door, if your doors are not mortised on the top of the door, you would have to mortise them out.  Replaces the older version GJ310, GJ320 and GJ330 series.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices.  In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever.  The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick.  This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze.  We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email  us under the contact tab at the top of the page.

The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch.  When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position.  Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.

The arm shown in the picture is a 4040SE arm, the 4110SE arm is the same, but the shaft hole is an oval.

The LCN Door Closer Regular Arm 3077 ships with 95 percent of there door closers.   This is the standard regular.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.
